An event developed to support the Sick Kids Foundation as well as Angel Hair for Kids, and to provide hair needed to create wigs for cancer patients.
News:
May 2nd: The Lose Your Locks cut off day (April 29th in Bowmanville) was a huge success. Thanks to many generous donations, we are now just shy of 25,000 dollars, more than double what our original goal was. Be proud of yourselves! The day proved to be very touching- smiles, hugs and tears all around. Also, this is huge, we made the largest one time hair donation to Angel Hair in their HISTORY, they, along with many others are completely astounded. Thanks to all those who attended, donated, and participated- Great job! Read the Toronto Star article covering the event here.

April 6th News: In addition, there are now Lose Your Locks "Cause" bracelets for sale, $3.00 each. They are available now and will also be available at the cut off, as well as at all CGHA banquets. If someone is interesting in taking ownership for this at the Rep banquet please contact us, or if you would like to order one email us at seymourgirls@sympatico.ca . They are very cool, and go to an awesome cause- Get yours today!
Also very exciting, and just announced, the participant who raises the most money will receive two Gold Tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays game on May 31st. The seats are 8 rows from the front on the third base side – Excellent seats. A huge thanks goes out to The Mackie Group for generously donating this awesome prize.
